Ongoing: Dignity on Wheels Project

From now through June 2017, AHUMC will be hosting Project We HOPE's "Dignity on Wheels" (D.O.W.) trailer in our driveway next to the administration building. This is our outreach effort for the houseless people who need to shower and do their laundry. The facilities will be available on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We want to provide two volunteers for each two hour shift. Please click here to sign up and help us fill our volunteer opportunities. For questions, contact Mary Blakeslee, Diane Kellogg, or Jody Tempel.

Friday, May 12: Free Music School Concert

Join us at 7:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall as we celebrate the musical accomplishments of our young students. Come and show your support to this musical ministry. For more information, please see Candace Love, or any of our Free Music School students or mentors.

Sunday, May 21, 2:00 p.m.: Choir Concert

Almaden Hills Handbell Choir and Chancel Choir will inspire and entertain you at their annual Spring Concert. The two choirs have been rehearsing a selection of challenging pieces to amaze you! Do you wonder what the King is doing tonight? Do you enjoy living where it rains only after sunset? If you recognize those words, then you're a fan of the musical "Camelot," which is the choir's Broadway medley for this year. There are so many good songs in this musical that the choir is bound to be singing your favorite. This concert is a perfect opportunity to invite relatives, neighbors and friends to our church. Tickets are $15 each, or five for $50.

Sunday, June 11: Farewell to Pastor Jane

Join us between 11:30 and 1:30 at a farewell BBQ to celebrate eight wonderful years of Pastor Jane's ministry at Almaden Hills! BBQ tickets and menu will be available after Sunday services, beginning May 14: $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12.

July 17-21, 9:00 a.m. to noon: Vacation Bible School
