Child Volunteer and Abuse Protection

AHUMC has developed a Volunteer and Abuse Protection policy and instituted procedures to prevent and/or recognize possible evidence of child abuse. While it is unlikely that we can completely prevent every possibility of abuse, we can greatly reduce the risk by following a thorough and practical policy of prevention. In all of its programs, AHUMC will follow this policy to provide a safe and supportive environment for children, youth, and vulnerable adults, and the persons who work with them.
